Using this website

You can read articles, explore coaching options and use the pace calculator. Calculator entries are processed in your browser and are not sent to an application database. The built-in enquiry form is disabled. The application does not save new names, phone numbers, comments or medical information through that form. This does not automatically delete any enquiries previously received.

The hosting infrastructure processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect connections, such as IP addresses, request paths, time and browser information. The site uses Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Localisation of that infrastructure in Russia has not been confirmed. This notice does not claim that all data is stored exclusively in Russia.

Contacting the coach

Telegram, Instagram and email links open external services. Their providers process information under their own terms. Only send the information needed for your enquiry. Do not send medical records, passport details or payment card data through ordinary messages. Moving a conversation to a messenger does not itself resolve all data-protection requirements.

Analytics and maps

Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics and advertising pixels are not installed. Search-engine verification does not add a visitor-tracking script. On Russian pages, an embedded Yandex map loads only after you request it. English pages provide external map links. Opening an external service gives it access to network and device information under its rules.

Your enquiries about data

Write to the email above to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Identify the contact you previously used and the request; do not attach a passport unless it is necessary. The operator may ask for information needed to verify the request.

New features

The coaching bot and its collection flow are being prepared. New application collection, analytics or payments require updated notices and the relevant configuration before launch. This website currently does not collect payment card details or accept online payments.
