Coaching terms
Information about coaching enquiries, prices, payments and agreeing the scope of work.
Enquiries and scope
The website introduces coaching options. Contacting the coach or viewing a price does not automatically book a session or conclude a paid coaching agreement. We agree the service, timing, scope of feedback and price before work begins.
Prices and payment
Published prices are in Russian roubles (RUB). The website has no checkout, card form or automatic recurring charges. Acceptance of USD or EUR is not yet configured. Any proposed payment method and currency must be confirmed for your country and the recipient’s bank before payment. Do not send card numbers, expiry dates or security codes to the coach or bot.
Changes and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and any applicable refund terms must be agreed before payment and starting work, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law. No blanket “no refunds” rule is imposed by this page.
Training and health
Coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment. Inform the coach about training limitations without sending unnecessary medical records. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns. The website does not guarantee a specific race time or freedom from injury.
